The Mar Caribe Orchestra, established in Bogotá in 2022 and led by Camilo Contreras, has earned a significant number of awards and recognitions in the Colombian music scene and now internationally. The orchestra has successfully released the singles “Palomino” and “Plenilunio,” which have been well received, especially in the United States. They have also published a live concert on their YouTube channel with tracks like “La Corriente” and “Conveniente.” Currently, Mar Caribe is working on their first album, Selva Caliente, in collaboration with Colombian producer Nick Salas.
